In 2026, Vancouver hosted the world in our backyard which meant we had to take a year off. But now, we’re stepping boldly into our new era. The countdown to June 2027 starts now: we invite you to return and light up False Creek again at the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival.

Summer starts at North America’s flagship dragon boat festival! Meet us at the intersection of sport and culture at our new home on Concord Pacific Place and False Creek.

We’re back, and bigger than ever; come down to start off summer at with the continent’s biggest dragon boat race; the TD Main Stage’s 100% local lineup with top-notch headliners; the new and expanded Concord Community Stage; cultural pavilions; the city’s biggest outdoor local craft vendor market, food truck festival, and outdoor waterfront patio; and pop-up surprise performances- all just steps from Stadium SkyTrain Station!

Getting here:

Public Transit: Find ust at Concord Pacific Place across the street from Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain station, and a short walk from Yaletown Roundhouse Station. The first train on Saturday will get you here by 6:45 AM, and by 7:45 AM on Sunday. Go to www.translink.ca to plan your trip.

Biking: Free self-serve bike parking available at our main entrance along Carrall Street. Additional free public bike parking available at Science World and Creekside Community Centre, and Andy Livingstone Park. Due to the high number of visitors, we strongly encourage you to lock your bike before going into the Festival. Cyclists on the seawall using routes running through the site may encounter detours and dismount zones- thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Parking: Visit Parq Vancouver, conveniently just a 5 minute walk away for pay parking options!

Racer Village: North side of Lot 39 on the corner of Pacific Boulevard and Carrall Street
Marshalling: Creekside Community Centre, 1 Athletes Way
Accessibility Shuttle Stops: Carrall and Pacific Boulevard (Racer Village) and Ontario and Athletes Way (Marshalling). Operating on a first-come, first-served basis for racers only on an ongoing shuttle basis
Dragon Boat Docks: Creekside Paddling Centre, 1 Athletes Way
Medal Podium: TBC (all medals presented Sunday afternoon)

Festival Merchandise: Oddball Workshop Tent by the TD Main Stage
Washrooms: Located throughout site and separately for racers at Creekside Community Centre
First Aid: At Carrall street at main entrance area, top of dragon boat docks, and Creekside Community Centre or ask any staff/volunteer for assistance. Red flag indicates all First Aid tent positions. AED available at Creekside Community Centre and dragon boat docks.

Bar Service: TD Main Stage Zone is fully licensed
Water Stations: TD Main Stage Zone, Racer Village, and Creekside Community Centre
