Summer starts at North America’s flagship dragon boat festival! Meet us at the intersection of sport and culture at Concord Pacific Place, Creekside Park, and False Creek.

Kick off summer with us at Concord Pacific Place, Creekside Park, and False Creek with the continent’s best racing, headliner music shows, cultural pavilions and demonstrations, local marketplace and food vendors, and family-friendly activities, all nestled between sea and sky in Downtown Vancouver.

When: June 22-23, 2024 (PLEASE NOTE: the Festival’s team technical training events on June 21 are not open to the public)
Where: Concord Pacific Place, Creekside Park, and False Creek (across the street from Main Street Skytrain Station)

Getting here:

Public Transit: We’re 1 minute from Main Street-Science World, 5 minutes from Stadium-Chinatown, and 10 minutes from Olympic Village. The first train on Saturday will get you here by 6:45 AM, and by 7:45 AM on Sunday. If you’re taking the bus, hop on the #3 Main, #8 Fraser/Downtown, or the #19 Metrotown/Stanley Park. Go to www.translink.ca to plan your trip.

Biking: Bike lockups available outside Science World and Creekside Community Centre. Due to the high number of visitors, we strongly encourage you to lock your bike before going into the Festival. Cyclists on the seawall using routes running through the site may encounter detours and dismount zones- thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Parking: Limited street parking may be found along Pacific Boulevard, Expo Boulevard, Quebec Street, Terminal Avenue, 1st Avenue, and Ontario Street.

Festival Merchandise: Oddball Workshop Tent in front of TD Main Stage
Washrooms: Located throughout site and at Creekside Community Centre
First Aid: Between Racer Village and TD Main Stage, top of dragon boat docks, and Creekside Community Centre or ask any staff/volunteer for assistance. Red flag indicates all First Aid tent positions. AED available at Creekside Community Centre and dragon boat docks.

Baby Change Room: Creekside Community Centre, and between Racer Village and TD Main Stage

Bar Service: TD Main Stage Zone, and Red Truck Patio
Water Stations: Red Truck Patio, Racer Village, and Creekside Community Centre
Food Trucks: Between Racer Village and TD Main Stage
