Sponsorship and Partnership Inquiries
Join us as we unite our community through a unique celebration at the intersection of culture and competition.
Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival partners have an opportunity to build up high-impact programs at a unique event with deep roots in Vancouver stretching back to Expo 86. Invest in the Festival, or target specific programs that help you amplify your message with particular audiences.
In addition, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to engage audiences throughout the year including elite business networking, activations, branding, and marketing opportunities. We recognize the value in developing long term relationships with our partners. Partner with us through our overall portfolio of programs, events, and initiatives, and help build a space where every voice adds to a more vibrant and bright community.
Please email [email protected] for more information on partnership opportunities.
Artist and Performer Applications
Thank you for your interest in being a part of the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival’s cultural and artistic programming. We’re delighted to consider applications that reflect our traditional roots in ancient Chinese culture or modern Canadian culture, and everything in-between. Please note that we may also be in contact with you for other events other than the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival.
For our programming criteria and direction, visit dragonboatbc.ca/culture. Artists drawing inspiration from specific cultural backgrounds should ensure they have proper protocols and community consent to share this knowledge with a broader audience. Programming at the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival includes: music, performing arts, visual or video arts, installations, or other unique cultural or artistic forms.
Please note that artists at the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival must reflect our local community as part of our overall Festival programming angle.
Due to the high volume of applications, we will only be in touch with selected acts; thank you for your understanding. Please note that while we are now concluding applications for our current year Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival, we continue to review applications throughout the year for our future Festivals or other events around the year around BC.
