• Racer Village Parking is open only to 1 car per full team (not Cup or Composite registrations), and entrance is through Pacific Boulevard. The location will change per year A volunteer will check your parking pass on arrival. ONLY THOSE WITH PARKING PASSES WILL BE ALLOWED IN. If you do not have a parking pass, public pay parking is available at the Rogers Arena South parking lot (use for ride share drop-off and bus drop-off), Chinatown Parkade, under Creekside Community Centre, and Costco.

Captain/Manager/Steersperson Info Documents

Pre-Festival Mandatory Captain/Manager Meeting: A mandatory online meeting will be held to run over the Festival’s operations, general pre-race details, and other important information, typically the Saturday prior to the Festival at 5:00 PM. Details of this will be sent out in an email notification. Registration for this meeting will open at register.dragonboatbc.ca in Spring 2027. While most parts of the Festival remain similar from year to year, we require attendance from all captains/managers to this event.
