Only digital waivers and rosters are accepted for teams racing at Dragon Boat BC events. Please submit these online at register.dragonboatbc.ca. Free online clinics to show team managers how to use the online system are regularly held, and are open for registration online at register.dragonboatbc.ca.

Racer’s Village and Info Documents

2025 Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival Racer Village Tent Assignments – V1 June 18

The 2025 Racer’s Village is in Lot 39 on the North East corner of Carrall Street and Pacific Boulevard . Teams are assigned a 20X10 spot within the fenced off zone, and are allowed a maximum of 2 10X10 tents (must be weighted down, and may be left overnight if collapsed down). Stakes are NOT allowed.
Racer Village Parking is open only to 1 car per full team (not Cup or Composite registrations), and entrance is through Pacific Boulevard, just East of Carrall Street in Lot 98. A volunteer will check your parking pass on arrival. ONLY THOSE WITH GREEN PARKING PASSES WILL BE ALLOWED IN. If you do not have a parking pass, public pay parking is available at the Rogers Arena South parking lot (use for ride share drop-off and bus drop-off), Chinatown Parkade, under Creekside Community Centre, and Costco.

Captain/Manager/Steersperson Info Documents

Pre-Festival Mandatory Captain/Manager Meeting: A mandatory online meeting will be held to run over the Festival’s operations, general pre-race details, and other important information on Saturday June 16 at 5:00 PM. Details of this has been sent out in an email notification. Register for this meeting online now at register.dragonboatbc.ca. While most parts of the Festival remain similar from year to year, we require attendance from all captains/managers to this event. Festival Mandatory General Steersperson Meeting: A mandatory in-person meeting will be held on Saturday morning at Marshalling to run over on-water protocols for general racing.

Meeting 1 at 7:00am – for all teams racing before 11:00 am
Meeting 2 at 10:00am – for teams racing for the first time after 11:00 am

Festival Mandatory 2K Captain/Manager/Drummer/Steersperson Meeting: A mandatory in-person meeting will be held approximately 1 hour prior to each 2K race on Saturday and Sunday for teams invited to participate in each 2K race to run over on-water protocols for 2K racing (expected to be top 18 mixed teams, top 12 women’s teams, top 6 open teams). Please review the document below for additional turning protocol information.
